Responsibilities
- Own Distributor Relationships: lead distributor QBRs, monitor health and drive improvement
- Manage Volume Business Operations: ensure SKU availability, pricing adherence, order flow, channel hygiene, and data accuracy in reporting and CRM
- Deliver Distributor Operational Enablement: run training and readiness initiatives with distributor teams
- Enforce Program Compliance & Governance: ensure adherence to processes, guidelines, and governance policies
- Coordinate Cross-Functionally: support partner enablement, data analytics, and marketing in distributor initiatives
- Collaborate with field teams across Europe and with PAMs on distributor-related activities
- Oversee data validation and profiling accuracy in partner systems
- Support logistics, licensing, and fulfillment discussions with distributors
- Maintain documentation accuracy for pricing and program rules
- Drive data-driven decisions via distributor KPIs and volume-focused metrics
Key requirements
- 3-5 years in distribution management, channel operations, or IT channel support (B2B tech)
- Hands-on operational experience with distributors or volume business models (licensing, fulfillment, SKU management)
- CRM expertise with advanced data management, reporting, and process tracking
- Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools, and Excel for KPI analysis
- Fluency in English, German, French, Spanish or Italian
