In this role, you will architect and lead a global SPRM program that standardizes supplier governance and performance across CRE categories. You will translate external benchmarks into a scalable framework aligned with PSPs, driving value for clients and reducing total cost of ownership. As SPRM lead, you’ll partner with Category Management, Risk Governance, and operations to embed responsible sourcing, risk controls, and continuous improvement. You’ll build a Centre of Excellence from the ground up and be measured on framework adoption and supplier outcomes. This is a strategic, enterprise-facing position with significant risk and commercial accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead benchmarking of SPRM practices across CRE, IFM, and related sectors to inform scorecard design and governance
  • Shape and execute a multi-year, globally aligned SPRM strategy to reduce fragmentation and improve supplier performance
  • Drive change management and adoption of new SPRM processes with strong stakeholder engagement
  • Serve as the organization’s SPRM subject-matter expert on methodologies and value-based supplier management
  • Design governance across regions and lines of business, embedding inclusive and regulatory considerations
  • Develop tools, templates, and playbooks to enable day-to-day supplier management and performance land targets
  • Lead the development of scorecards, supplier reviews, relationship assessments, and continuous improvement processes
  • Collaborate with Category Management to explore value generation from preferred supplier partnerships and revenue growth enablement
  • Establish cross-category collaboration models and chair supplier review forums and executive reviews
  • Create dashboards and insight products to track supplier effectiveness across cost, quality, service, and risk

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in global Procurement, Vendor Management, and SPRM
  • Senior leadership experience with SPRM program ownership
  • Proven ability to modernize functions via technology, process redesign, and team development at scale
  • Strong understanding of supplier governance, scorecards, and preferred supplier networks
  • Experience managing executive-level supplier relationships and joint business planning
  • Solid grasp of supplier risk management and integration with governance/compliance
  • Benchmarking experience and ability to translate external best practice into internal frameworks
  • Familiarity with responsible sourcing regulatory frameworks; data literacy and KPI design
  • Experience with SPRM platforms, CLM, CMMS, and BI tools
  • Leadership competencies: strategic vision, stakeholder influence, commercial acumen, program leadership
