In this role you lead the Software Engineering arm for Audience & Measurement, guiding ingestion, taxonomy, and metadata platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver privacy-compliant, high-performance ingestion and audience management capabilities at scale. You’ll drive platform modernization, cloud-native patterns, and CI/CD to support data-heavy marketing workflows. You shape the engineering culture, budgets, and talent strategy to enable enterprise identity data assets to unlock better downstream marketing outcomes. Responsibilities

Own the engineering strategy and roadmap for Snowflake-based data platforms, ingestion services, and downstream marketing data products
Set and enforce SLAs/SLOs for ingestion latency, availability, currency, and recovery
Optimize Snowflake cost, warehouse efficiency, workload isolation, and processing performance for large-scale datasets
Oversee design, scalability, and performance of ingestion components from diverse sources
Drive platform modernization via cloud-native patterns, automation, CI/CD, IaC, and standardized ingestion interfaces
Ensure platform can ingest, normalize, sanitize, and process high-volume segment data
Maintain high performance and availability of ingestion services amid increasing payloads
Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization (hiring, coaching, org design, resource allocation)
Lead teams delivering audience segmentation, 1P/3P data onboarding, and activation-ready workflows
Prepare and manage budgets and financial targets

Key requirements

10+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor degree (preferred)
Experience with Snowflake-based data platforms and ingestion services
Proven leadership in building and scaling engineering teams
Budget management and strategic planning experience
Knowledge of data hygiene, privacy-compliant data pipelines
Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code
