As Director, SAP Channel Alliance, you will lead and scale the SAP partnership in EMEA to drive joint innovation and revenue around the Vistex Margin Optimization Platform. You will cultivate executive SAP relationships and shape a cross-functional GTM and training plan to accelerate growth. You’ll manage joint account plans, track pipeline, and ensure successful execution with speed and rigor. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Design, align, and execute the strategy to scale the SAP alliance in EMEA for growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction
Develop and advance SAP executive and SME relationships to identify and close new joint opportunities
Create and manage joint account and SAP MU sales plans with regular reviews
Drive pipeline, subscription revenue, and relationship goals for the SAP partnership
Coordinate with Vistex functions and SAP teams to enable effective collaboration and execution of OKRs
Contribute to Vistex GTM strategy and deployment as a senior member of the Ecosystem team
Promote adoption of internal systems/tools to track and communicate progress
Collaborate with Vistex SI counterpart on COE GTM activation and deal attachment to F&S and Industry deals
Deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Travel up to 50% domestically with potential international trips

Key requirements

Masters degree
Fluent in German and English
Proven sales, business development, and strategic partnerships experience in tech
Deep SAP relationships and ecosystem within SAP, and experience building SAP alliances in EMEA
Experience in account management, relationship management, and solution selling
Ability to collaborate across internal and external organizations at senior levels
Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills
High ownership, drive, and urgency with executive presence
Self-confident with humility and a mindset of continuous learning
Willingness to travel up to 50%
