Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one and group coaching; lead deal reviews; share best practices
  • Design, scale, and delivery of sales coaching and enablement programs
  • Mentor teams on strategic account management; support complex procurement cycles
  • Define KPIs and provide data-driven insights to track performance
  • Provide strategic guidance for sales excellence initiatives across Europe

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience in building automation sales with channel partners, GCs, and subcontractors
  • Deep understanding of construction industry dynamics and procurement processes
  • Proven sales leadership and coaching experience
  • Expertise in consultative selling and strategic account management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Business-fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Honeywell technologies
  • Passion for talent development
