As Director of Sales for the EMEA region, you will own the regional commercial agenda for FDH Electronics, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and an efficient sales engine. You will shape and execute a multi-year growth plan, lead cross-functional collaboration, and expand our footprint with key OEMs, contract manufacturers, and distribution partners. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver sustainable EBITDA contributions in a fast-paced, global business. You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality to align commercial commitments with execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L for EMEA revenue performance (including Israel) and achieve annual revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets
  • Develop and execute a 3-year commercial growth strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Drive organic growth through new customer acquisition, share-of-wallet expansion, and cross-selling
  • Lead executive-level relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and strategic distribution partners
  • Identify high-growth verticals within aerospace, defense, industrial, and electronics markets; expand geographic footprint and channel partnerships across priority EMEA markets
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performance regional sales team (direct sales, account managers, channel managers)
  • Establish rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline; implement KPI dashboards for revenue, win rate, GP$, backlog, and retention
  • Lead talent planning, succession, and performance management across the region
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment between commercial commitments and operational execution; drive pricing discipline and margin optimization; standardize sales processes and customer engagement frameworks across EMEA

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Business
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership in aerospace, electronics distribution, or industrial manufacturing
  • Experience leading regional or multinational sales in EMEA
  • Private-equity or high-growth environment experience preferred
  • Proven ability to scale revenue and improve margins
  • Deep understanding of OEM, contract manufacturing, and distribution models
  • Experience managing multi-country teams and navigating cultural complexity
  • Willingness to travel 50%+
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages preferred
  • ITAR/EAR awareness and eligibility may be required
