In this role you will lead the quantum security practice within Advisory, shaping go-to-market strategies and client engagements with CISOs, CIOs, and senior executives. You’ll build a high-performance delivery team, manage P&L, and drive growth through differentiated quantum security solutions. You will also develop thought leadership and guide partnerships, elevating KPMG’s position as a market leader in PQC. This is a collaborative, cross-functional leadership role with a strong emphasis on integrity and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Define go-to-market strategy for quantum security offerings
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts and senior stakeholders
Deliver compelling ROI business cases to drive client acquisition
Build and scale a delivery team to meet growth targets while ensuring quality and P&L accountability
Develop thought leadership (whitepapers, speaking engagements) to enhance brand leadership
Launch new methodologies and scalable service models for quantum security
Mentor and develop specialized technical talent and support succession planning
Uphold integrity and a respectful work environment

Key requirements

Eight+ years of experience with PQC standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) at the enterprise level
Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required
Proven ability to build and scale consulting offerings, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams
Experience negotiating partnerships with technology vendors (e.g., Google, IBM)
Awareness of global quantum security regulations; ability to engage C-suite and board audiences
Experience crafting go-to-market narratives and building practice visibility via white papers and conference talks
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
