Responsibilities

Own engagement lifecycle: scoping, workplanning, team management, executive communications, and financial delivery aligned to AI targets
Serve as primary contact for CIOs, IT leadership, and PE deal partners; build trusted advisor relationships
Lead cross-functional teams across EA, infrastructure, security, data, and IT operations
Lead workshops and steering sessions; present IT findings in financial/operational terms for PE audiences
Identify and prioritize AI use cases linked to EBITDA, IT cost reductions, and risk mitigation
Develop AI-enabled operating models and transformation roadmaps with clear targets and milestones
Establish program governance, KPIs, and value tracking; manage vendor relationships and PMs
Redesign core IT processes to embed AI, including AIOps, automated governance, and self-service portals
Mentor junior staff; contribute to methodology, tools, and accelerators

Key requirements

8-12+ years in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, IT ops, or tech transformation with hands-on experience
Proven track record delivering multi-workstream IT transformations with measurable financial outcomes
Hands-on operating experience within or alongside CIO organizations; vendor management and IT programs
Experience with private equity or PE-backed portfolio companies; understanding of deal timelines and value creation
Ability to manage senior client relationships at CIO, CFO, or CEO level and translate IT complexity to financial impact
