Responsibilities
- Org Effectiveness: diagnose structural gaps, model design options across headcount and role clarity, manage live workforce planning, surface health signals with data
- Talent & Performance: calibrate performance rigor, develop high-potential leaders, coach managers on performance conversations, monitor attrition, hiring velocity, and org spans
- Leader Effectiveness: serve as trusted partner to executives, push back with tradeoffs, provide direct feedback and drive accountability
- People Product GTM: drive adoption of People initiatives within client groups, build GTM plans for launches with metrics, track adoption and iterate
- Build People Systems for Humans and Agents: design workflows for humans and agents, ship AI-powered workflows across performance, planning, insights, and decision support; identify automation opportunities
Key requirements
- 10+ years of operating experience in high-growth tech (People, strategy, product, or consulting)
- Proven strategic partner to senior leaders in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong operator mindset with understanding of how to build, scale, and correct companies
- High judgment for complex talent and performance decisions
- Analytical, data-driven decision maker
- Fluent in AI and automation; comfortable using them daily
- Direct, low-ego, high-candor communicator
- Bias toward action, speed, and simplicity
