Director of the Laboratory Animal Facility

As Director of the Laboratory Animal Facility, you provide operational and scientific direction for this major shared research resource. You advise Cancer Center members on animal care and use matters and collaborate with leadership to develop policies for efficient animal use. You design and oversee onboarding and ongoing training for LAF staff and actively mentor for career development. You work with the Facility Advisory Committee to ensure adequate resources that support Cancer Center research. This role offers the chance to influence animal research quality and compliance while enabling advanced cancer research.
