In this role you will be a strategic finance transformation leader partnering with Technology and Segment Finance to deliver transparent, forward-looking financial insights. You’ll drive modern forecasting, reporting, and AI-enabled processes to reduce manual work and inform executive decisions. You will lead a team and shape the Technology Finance operating model, aligning spend with business outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial guidance to Technology and Finance leadership and deliver decision-ready insights
- Enhance cost transparency by detailing drivers of technology and infrastructure spend
- Lead end-to-end planning, forecasting, and driver-based financial modeling
- Shift reporting from retrospective variance to forward-looking insights and risk assessment
- Oversee modernization of forecasting, reporting, and analytics using AI, automation, and standardized workflows
- Develop scalable materials and executive commentary to improve decision support
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and promote continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate financial management of run vs invest, capital vs expense, and asset-related activities
- Partner with Segment Finance to improve allocation reporting and transparency
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of finance experience including FP&A, expense management, and decision support
- Proven leadership in building analytics, automation, and cross-functional partnerships
- Strong end-to-end financial modeling skills connecting operational, technology, and allocation drivers
- Experience in finance modernization, automation, process redesign, and AI-enabled efficiency improvements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced Excel; TM1 preferred; Power BI and AI-enabled productivity tools strongly preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting concepts preferred
