You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive personalized experiences, loyalty, and engagement at scale. The position emphasizes leveraging ML and data-driven insights to optimize user journeys, partnerships, and GTM execution. You will help deliver seamless experiences that align with the company’s customer-centric mission and innovative product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement growth opportunities for the mobile app business
Design and launch programs to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention
Tailor app features and marketing to diverse demographics and regions
Develop partnerships and collaborative campaigns with external partners
Evaluate emerging technologies (AR/VR, subscriptions, live streaming) to stay ahead
Drive feedback-driven iteration to improve usability and meet evolving needs
Implement loyalty strategies (tiers, rewards, exclusive benefits)
Lead GTM strategies for new features and launches
Innovate push notification strategies using ML for personalization

Key requirements

15+ years in eCommerce, mobile app development, marketing, or related roles
Proven track record in growth initiatives for mobile apps (acquisition, retention, value maximization)
Strong eCommerce experience with technical acumen
Experience managing distributed teams
Proficiency in iOS/Android ecosystems and development frameworks
Hands-on with data analytics tools and SQL, GCP BigQuery
Strong strategic thinking for market expansion and partnerships
Excellent communication and ability to present to senior leadership
