Responsibilities
- Own performance of the Live Mini Games portfolio, driving engagement and business outcomes
- Drive operational excellence through cross-team collaboration and scalable processes
- Define and execute the long-term vision for the Live Mini Games ecosystem
- Lead major product initiatives from concept to launch and iteration
- Mentor Product Managers and align cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality live experiences
Key requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in F2P mobile games or consumer products
- Proven track record improving live product performance or game systems
- Experience leading LiveOps, experimentation, or performance optimization initiatives
- Experience managing and developing Product Managers
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI definition, result interpretation, and iteration
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization
- Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- AI mindset with identifying opportunities for AI-driven product decisions and faster execution
