In this role, you will lead the PMO to ensure predictable delivery and financial discipline across engineering, deployment, construction, and services programs. You will build and enforce enterprise PMO standards while driving NetSuite adoption and ISO-aligned operations. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to enable scalable growth with strong governance, risk management, and audit readiness. This leadership position offers hands-on influence over strategy, processes, and performance in a fast-scaling telecom environment.

Responsibilities

Define and govern the PMO operating model, portfolio intake, prioritization, resourcing, risk, and benefits realization
Oversee end-to-end delivery for multi-project programs in design, engineering, deployment, and construction with focus on safety, quality, and schedule
Drive NetSuite-based workflows for project creation, PSA, time/expense, purchasing, inventory, billing, and reporting
Establish and enforce standards for PO creation, vendor management, cost tracking, change orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, and margin optimization
Lead ISO-aligned management system activities including document control, CAPA, audits, and management review
Create and maintain PMO templates, artifacts, and governance artifacts
Manage portfolio demand vs. capacity and enable cross-functional resource allocation
Provide cadenced stakeholder reporting and facilitate governance and QBRs
Collaborate with field operations to translate designs into build plans and manage BOMs
Implement enterprise risk management with root-cause analysis and lessons learned
Standardize KPIs and dashboards; ensure data quality across ERP and project trackers
Build and mentor a high-performing PMO team and drive operational excellence

Key requirements

15+ years in leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs in telecommunications
NetSuite experience or proven ERP optimization for services
Deep knowledge of project financials (POs, cost management, WIP, billing, revenue recognition, margin)
ISO management system experience (process creation, audits, CAPA, management review)
Proven ability to publish and maintain PMO standards and enterprise artifacts
Experience with telecom deployment lifecycles (RF design, civil/structural, materials, installation, integration)
Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management
