In this role you will lead the Marketing Operations function at F.N.B. Corporation, building and governing the processes, platforms, data, and capabilities that enable scalable, compliant marketing execution. You will own the marketing technology stack, budgeting, analytics, and vendor management, partnering with marketing leadership, finance, risk, and lines of business to drive efficiency and measurable performance. The position supports enterprise marketing initiatives and ensures regulatory compliance and risk controls. You will mentor the operations team and promote continuous improvement to accelerate time-to-market.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize marketing operations to support enterprise initiatives
Own and govern the marketing technology stack and integrations
Manage the marketing budget process with Finance
Develop and enforce processes, standards, controls for compliance and risk management
Oversee vendor and partner operations, contracts, performance, and cost optimization
Collaborate with marketing leadership and lines of business to improve campaign planning and speed to market
Lead, mentor, and develop marketing operations staff
Perform other related duties as assigned
