As Director of Growth, you will lead and scale the growth-focused Account Leads and Account Managers to drive revenue expansion, retention, and strategic engagement across industry verticals. You’ll translate growth strategy into executable plans, oversee vertical portfolios, and ensure strong customer outcomes post-sale. The role partners with the Head of Growth and cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market initiatives and measure impact. This is an opportunity to shape scalable account strategy and contribute to sustained business growth. You will be at the center of accelerating enterprise growth with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Leads and Account Managers across industry verticals
  • Partner with the Head of Growth to translate strategy into execution plans and operating rhythms
  • Own day-to-day execution for vertical portfolios with focus on retention and expansion
  • Establish and scale best practices for account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Run regular business and pipeline reviews and monitor progress against KPIs
  • Act as executive sponsor for key customers and manage executive-level relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Provide strategic insights on industry trends and product opportunities to inform growth strategy
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and scaling the Growth organization

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS growth, account leadership, or related customer success roles
  • At least 2+ years in people management
  • Proven track record of leading scalable account teams that drive revenue retention and expansion
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making, forecasting, KPIs, and customer health metrics
  • Excellent communicator able to influence at all levels, including senior executives at enterprise accounts
  • Strategic thinker capable of designing and operationalizing growth frameworks
  • Startup-ready attitude and comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments
