In this role you will lead financial and operational analytics to inform strategic decision-making across the corporate team. You will design multifaceted dashboards and KPI packages to track performance and measure the impact of initiatives, using BI tools to handle large data sets. You will collaborate with finance, technology, and operations to improve data quality, automate processes, and deliver insights that drive growth. This is a hybrid, high-visibility position that partners with senior executives to shape outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Communicate financial and operational results to stakeholders using data visualizations and dashboards
- Lead development of KPI reporting packages to evaluate business results and strategic initiatives
- Leverage data analytics tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) and BI methodologies to streamline analysis
- Contribute to cross-functional project teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and efficiency
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze operations, define project scope, and document requirements
- Translate information requirements into data sourcing specifications for finance and tech teams
- Create workflow diagrams and system specifications to implement solutions
- Proactively contribute to data management, ensuring data integrity and security for financial systems
- Support and lead automation of manual processes and program enhancements
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 7+ years of FP&A or equivalent analytical experience in a large national multi-site corporation
- 5+ years of management experience
- Proven project leadership with cross-functional teams (Finance, Technology, Operations)
- Strong analytical skills for detailed financial analysis and strategic execution plans
- Experience with BI systems (Sigma, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and data manipulation/interpretation for management
- ERP experience; Workday preferred
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with SQL
- Initiative, leadership, good judgement, organization and accountability
