In this leadership role, you will steer finance, accounting, and procurement operations for a luxury hotel, delivering timely financial insights to senior management. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, and ensure governance and compliance to support sustained profitability. You’ll partner with the leadership team to translate financial performance into actionable improvements and influence ownership and asset decisions. This role combines hands-on financial leadership with strategic advisory, rooted in a luxury hospitality context.

Responsibilities
- Assess the hotel's financial performance, risks, and investment opportunities
- Oversee all finance functions (month-end, AR, cost control, income audit, cashiering, AP, GL) in line with policy
- Identify and drive business improvements through analysis and planning
- Coach and mentor the Finance team to maintain high performance and engagement
- Provide finance insights to support leadership and maximize profitability
- Lead performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Ensure fixed assets are recorded according to the capital expenditure budget and policies
Key requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership in luxury hospitality
- Proven Director of Finance experience in internationally branded hotel or complex resort
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into performance
- Executive presence with comfort advising ownership, asset managers, and board-level stakeholders
- Experience managing owner relations, capex programs, and asset value optimization
- Strategic thinker with disciplined operational oversight and high attention to detail
- Strong change management skills and ability to build high-performing teams
