In this hybrid leadership role, you oversee the NA and LATAM facilities program, aligning operations with the firm’s global real estate strategy. You shape construction, maintenance, and budgets while collaborating with planning teams and regional managers to set objectives. The position drives safe, functional workspaces across offices and requires travel. You’ll lead with a focus on service excellence, efficiency, and cross‑functional impact in a global real estate environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee construction and maintenance for facilities in North and South America
- Manage real estate budgets exceeding $27M and approve transactions up to $100K
- Administer departmental budgets over $7M
- Collaborate with Planning & Design team and Regional Facility Managers to set operational objectives
- Travel required
Key requirements
- 10+ years in facility management or real estate
- Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of experience without a degree
- Valid driver’s license
- CFM or CPM certification
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture
- Proficiency in computer systems and facilities software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
