In this role, you will lead North and South American facility construction and maintenance, guiding a multi-million dollar operation. You’ll partner with Planning and Design and Regional Facility Managers to set objectives and ensure safe, functional, and welcoming workplaces. The role combines strategic budgeting, oversight of large transactions, and collaboration across global teams, with travel required to sites. You will contribute to a culture of service excellence within Franklin Templeton’s global real estate portfolio. This is a hybrid role offering impact at scale in a dynamic, client-focused firm.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction and maintenance for facilities in North and South America
Manage real estate budgets exceeding $27M and approve transactions up to $100K
Administer departmental budgets over $7M
Collaborate with Planning and Design team and Regional Facility Managers to set and implement operational objectives
Travel to locations as required
