In this hybrid Director role, you will oversee construction and maintenance for Franklin Templeton's facilities across North and South America, ensuring safe, functional spaces that support collaboration and innovation. You will manage multi‑million dollar real estate budgets and approve transactions, while aligning operations with Planning and Design objectives and regional facility managers. Travel is required as you lead cross‑system and cross‑team initiatives to optimize our global office footprint. Responsibilities
- Oversee construction and maintenance for facilities in North and South America
- Manage real estate budgets exceeding $27M and approve transactions up to $100K
- Administer departmental budgets over $7M
- Collaborate with Planning and Design team and Regional Facility Managers to set operational objectives
- Travel as part of the role to field locations and stakeholder meetings
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 15 years of experience without a degree
- 10+ years in facility management or real estate
- Valid driver's license and CFM or CPM certification
