Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end go-to-market strategies from ideation to launch for retail wireless brands
  • Foster cross-department collaboration across product, marketing, finance, IT, and customer support
  • Oversee daily operations and proactively resolve bottlenecks in a high-stakes retail setting
  • Define, track, and report KPIs and metrics to optimize productivity and scale programs
  • Build and lead a performance-based GTM and local merchandising shared services team
  • Leverage generative AI and marketing automation to design scalable GTM workflows

Key requirements

  • 10+ years of senior GTM leadership with cross-functional program delivery
  • Deep digital product marketing, online conversion mechanics, and performance analytics experience
  • Polished executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong AI literacy and ability to integrate AI into marketing and workflow optimization
  • Collaborative, empowering leadership style with focus on talent development and growth
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business degree (additional qualification)
