Responsibilities

  • Own and drive global portfolio strategy for data center cooling solutions and translate insights into a prioritized roadmap
  • Lead and develop a global team of application experts and regional portfolio managers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to align portfolio with go-to-market strategies
  • Engage with customers, industry partners, and technology leaders to co-create solutions and represent the company at industry events
  • Build business cases for new solutions including pricing, forecasts, cost analyses, and risk assessment

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, application engineering, portfolio strategy, or solution development
  • Proven leadership experience managing global teams and cross-regional strategies
  • Strong track record leading cross-functional innovation projects from concept to market launch
  • Deep expertise in market analysis, customer insights, value proposition development, and competitive positioning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across diverse teams
  • Business fluent English and willingness to travel 30–40%
