In this role you operate as the President, Global Epilepsy’s primary partner, turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and executive-ready outputs. You craft and present board-level and investor communications while managing the President’s operating rhythm and leadership forums. You enable cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and more to keep high-visibility initiatives on track. You’ll influence senior leadership through clear, strategic guidance and rigorous execution, shaping the epilepsy business’s trajectory.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the President, Global Epilepsy, to translate enterprise priorities into action plans and executive deliverables
- Create board-level, investor-facing, and enterprise presentations with clear, compelling narratives
- Manage the President’s operating rhythm: planning cycles, business reviews, and SLT governance
- Design and run Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meetings, including agendas, pre-reads, and post-meeting actions
- Maintain operating discipline across the Epilepsy leadership team with alignment and performance metrics
- Serve as the cross-functional connector across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and HEMAR
- Anticipate interdependencies and risks; mobilize partners to address challenges
- Oversee complex, high-priority programs and strategic transformation initiatives
- Frame undefined problems, conduct research, synthesize insights, and present actionable recommendations
- Prepare leadership for internal/external engagements, conferences, and advisory boards
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reviews to track progress and alignment
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparent communication
- Model a diverse, inclusive, high-trust culture aligned with company imperatives
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with proven track record in senior‑level project management or chief of staff roles
- 10+ years working with senior leaders, preferably in medical devices, delivering high‑stakes initiatives
- Ability to influence and energize cross‑functional teams to deliver complex projects
- Dynamic facilitator with strong written and verbal communication for clarity and action
- Executive presence with credibility to engage C‑suite and senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple strategic workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Caring, empathetic leadership style that strengthens culture and performance
- Demonstrated dedication to LivaNova’s mission and advancing Epilepsy
- Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 30%+)
