In this role you lead Adobe’s Digital Media Enterprise sales in Western Europe, driving growth and scalable performance. You will develop and empower front-line managers and account executives, collaborating with executive leadership to shape differentiated go-to-market strategies. You’ll own revenue outcomes, accelerate key opportunities, and align cross-functional teams to optimize execution. The role offers impact across market strategy, customer engagements at the C-suite, and a focus on transformation and growth in a fast-moving region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the enterprise sales team across Western Europe, setting strategy and driving performance.
  • Develop front-line managers and account executives, enabling accountability and growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define differentiated offerings and go-to-market approaches.
  • Drive predictable revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify and accelerate revenue opportunities within key accounts.
  • Optimize day-to-day sales activities and revenue conversion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve commercial opportunities and execution.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Global teams.
  • Maintain a transparent, collaborative, high-performing culture and retain top talent.
  • Provide market insights to inform regional and global strategy.

Key requirements

  • Strong second-line sales management experience with enterprise teams.
  • Direct software sales experience (not consulting, indirect sales, or professional services).
  • Outstanding influencing, negotiation and commercial skills.
  • C-level negotiation and closing transformational deals.
  • Ability to lead in a matrixed organization and scale teams.
  • Proven track record of new business and scaling existing opportunities.
  • Excellent people leadership and accountability at all levels.
  • Data-driven with strategic and operational excellence.
