Experteer Overview
You lead the digital transformation from enterprise to shop floor, shaping business processes, data management, OT architecture, and governance. You own end-to-end process definition, documentation, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement for processes and data templates. You manage the Operations Process & Data Organization (PDO) and drive digital shop floor solutions, integrating OT and IT to enable digital twins. You collaborate with stakeholders to achieve KPIs for efficiency and cost control and help advance the organization’s digital maturity.

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-to-shop-floor digital transformation focusing on processes, data, OT architecture, and governance
- Own end-to-end process lifecycle: definition, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and improvement for processes and data templates
- Manage and develop the PDO team, including resource allocation and competence development
- Drive implementation and advancement of digital shop floor solutions (Smart Factory, IIoT, Edge Computing) and integrate OT and IT for digital twins
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Template Owners, technology partners, research partners) to achieve KPIs for efficiency gains and cost control
Key requirements
- Extensive experience (>10 years) in IT, OT, or BPM at senior expert/manager level including Enterprise Architecture Management and Business Process Modelling
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing and operations systems (PLM, ERP, MES), machine connectivity, and data collection
- Leadership experience with KPI-based performance management and change/project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills with solid LEAN understanding and proficient English
