In this Director role within Business Transformation, you will lead workstreams and guide client engagements across strategic, operational, financial and capital challenges. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies, drive implementation, and coach junior consultants. The role sits within the Corporate Finance practice and collaborates with Restructuring, Transactions Services, Tax and Digital Science teams. You will travel to client sites and build lasting client relationships while shaping client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and own workstreams within projects, guiding junior consultants and delivering high-quality analyses
Develop recommendations from financial and operational reviews and modelling
Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and upside potential
Assess risks and mitigation actions, and design pragmatic strategies and plans
Drive client implementation and programme management across multiple initiatives
Create client-ready reports and present findings to clients
Coach and develop junior staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work at client sites in London

Key requirements

In-depth industry experience in operations
Experience leading workstreams or projects on multiple consulting engagements in operations
Degree-level education
Fluent English in speaking and writing
Proven consulting skills with value creation, influence and client service
Strong problem solving, communication and relationship-building abilities
Experience managing client stakeholders and maintaining relationships
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to a dynamic environment
