As Director, you will strengthen our culture of integrity by owning the global whistleblowing and investigations framework. You will lead high-stakes, cross-border investigations and provide senior-level guidance on ethics, fraud, and compliance matters. You will translate case insights into targeted training and improvements across the program. This role combines governance, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic advisory to shape a trusted, no-retaliation environment in a science-led company dedicated to health and beauty.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the global whistleblowing and non-retaliation framework, ensuring trusted reporting and governance
Lead complex, high-risk, cross-border investigations for objective, fair, and timely outcomes
Provide senior oversight for fraud, financial misconduct, corruption, and data-related investigations including forensic capabilities
Translate investigation and fraud case data into trends, root causes, and preventive actions through training and capability building
Provide reporting and advisory support to senior leadership, Ethics Committees, and auditors on ethics, investigations, and fraud
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Business Ethics program and Code of Business Ethics (CoBE) across functions

Key requirements

10+ years in Ethics & Compliance within multinational organizations; experience with global programs and senior leaders on high-risk matters
Bachelor in law, business, compliance, finance, or related field; Master’s strongly preferred; professional certifications such as CCEP I, CCO, CFCS, CFE, CRCMP

Ethical leadership and discretion Strong leadership of investigations with sound judgment and confidentiality Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset Expertise in investigative methodologies; forensic capabilities data analysis and trend identification emerging technologies (AI) in investigations
