Responsibilities

Co-lead due diligence as the global Integration Manager for assigned deals
Assemble and lead cross-functional due diligence teams; interpret valuations against feasibility and strategy
Review and provide input on legal agreements; prepare executive recommendations
Develop and propagate a deep understanding of business needs related to integration
Lead integration strategy and planning for M&A projects
Develop cross-functional integration plans and assemble the integration team
Set a methodical, solution-oriented tone and manage through uncertainty
Drive continuous improvement of processes based on best practices and lessons learned
Implement advanced project management tools; manage budgets, resources, schedules, and reporting
Prepare transition and ongoing integration plans; ensure goals are followed and achieved
Influence from team to executive management with clear written and verbal communication
Provide coaching on BD processes, roles, and best practices

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience, ideally in Medical Devices or similarly regulated industries with M&A/integration
7+ years in cross-functional project leadership within medical devices; due diligence and post-merger integration preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
High business acumen and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to distill complex information into actions
Ability to influence senior decision makers across organizational levels
Solid knowledge of advanced project management tools and techniques
Ability to read financial statements
Understanding of regulatory/quality standards in medical devices
Willingness to travel 10–20% domestically and internationally
