Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals
Oversee performance management aligning with objectives
Identify and implement operational best practices
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

Key requirements

Completed degree (preferred fields: business management, technology, IT, or data-related)
8+ years in business management, performance optimization, or related areas with digital focus
5+ years in a leadership role with proven team development
Strong strategic thinking and analytics
Leadership with track record of developing teams
Financial acumen in budgeting and management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
German and English proficiency (native or bilingual)
Change & innovation mindset; ability to drive transformation
Experience in customer development and omnichannel marketing strategies
Competent in vision setting, analytical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability
