In this role, you will lead NYX Professional Makeup’s brand activation strategy and omnichannel GTM plans, partnering with the Brand Activation Lead to shape long-term vision and calendar. You will drive in-store and online presence, craft display and planogram execution, and guide senior cross-functional discussions with customers and retailers. You will oversee a high-performing team, translate brand vision into retail footprints, and steer innovations and promotional programs to grow sell-out and market share. This role offers strategic influence across business development and category leadership, within a mission-driven beauty organization.

Responsibilities
- Define long-term brand activation vision and national GTM calendar for NYX PM across key omnichannel accounts
- Provide account-specific in-store assortment recommendations to optimize velocity and placement
- Lead end-to-end display planning, planogram vision, and merch execution for strong in-store and online presence
- Direct M1 management (displays, samples, and kits) for flawless execution
- Oversee disruptive activation plans, including promotions, retail media, and innovation day presentations
- Monitor in-year brand and category performance and advise commercial and category leaders on actions to maximize sell-out
- Represent the brand in cross-functional meetings and with key accounts, advocating the customer perspective
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing brand activation team
