As Director, PX Research, you lead a global research organization within EA’s Player & Quality Insights to shape player experiences across the portfolio. You set the vision for PX Research and translate insights into strategic decisions that affect product direction and long-term engagement. You’ll partner with analytics and market research to unify qualitative and quantitative data into actionable player stories. You’ll foster a high‑performing, diverse team and drive measurable impact through innovative, data‑driven methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the PX Research vision across the product lifecycle
Lead and develop a diverse, high‑performing research team
Unify qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data into actionable insights
Influence franchise strategy and product direction with insight-driven narratives
Advance research methodologies, including AI-assisted and data-driven approaches
Partner with PX Research Operations to scale roadmaps, optimize workflows, and measure impact across the organization

Key requirements

12+ years in player or user research, consumer insights, or related fields
5+ years leading multi-disciplinary research teams
Proven track record developing and executing a research strategy with impact on creative and business outcomes
Experience collaborating with analytics, data science, and market research teams
Strong leadership to mentor and grow a distributed, diverse research organization
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and influence skills with executives and product leaders
Expertise in mixed-methods research (qualitative, quantitative, telemetry)
