Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets through outbound prospecting and closing opportunities
Convert cold prospects into customers and build loyalty with ADP solutions
Cross-sell across the ADP product family to maximize account potential
Collaborate daily with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong client relations

Key requirements

Sales aptitude with assertive, persistent, and self-motivated mindset
Proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas
Strong time management and organizational skills
MS Office proficiency
Fluent in French and English
Demonstrated cold calling ability
