Responsibilities

Set and communicate a long-term product roadmap aligned with strategy
Lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch readiness
Ideate, curate, and translate ideas into features tied to objectives
Define product requirements and UX needs, leveraging knowledge of customer workflow
Collaborate on high-fidelity prototypes and incorporate user feedback
Review labeling, collateral, and educational materials for gaps
Oversee documentation and review for regulatory compliance
Support sales and marketing with launch-ready materials and field enablement
Conduct market research and analyze trends to guide product pipeline
Monitor market environment and competitive landscape with Corporate Development
Engage external stakeholders and partners to enhance offerings
Foster strong internal collaboration across R&D, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, and Market Access
Provide leadership to promote an inclusive, diverse team culture

Key requirements

10+ years in digital product development or healthcare software
Proven experience in digital product roadmaps and management
Strong background in product development for digital medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare software
Experience with workflow transformation and cross-functional leadership
Remote work experience and ability to collaborate in virtual teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical, pragmatic problem-solving with strategic vision
Neurology, neuromodulation or sleep apnea exposure is a plus
MBA or PhD preferred
