As Digital Biomarker Scientific Solutions Manager, you drive the scientific product vision for neurological digital biomarker solutions within Roche’s dBM & RPM Chapter. You will translate customer needs into scientifically robust endpoints, lead interdisciplinary teams, and advance regulatory acceptance of sensor-based measures. You’ll influence both internal strategy and external partnerships across academia, industry, and regulators. This role offers you a chance to shape digital health solutions that improve clinical outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

shape and drive the scientific product vision for digital biomarker solutions in neurology
lead cross-functional squads and manage end-to-end R&D and scientific roadmap
drive regulatory strategy and acceptance of digital endpoints
cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders across company and external partners
develop scientific core messages for product marketing and pre-sales conversations
plan and co-author high-profile scientific publications and present at conferences
represent Roche scientifically in external discussions and build a network with academia, industry, patients, and regulators
advance sensor-based clinical use cases to improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency

Key requirements

Ph.D. or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field
minimum 10 years of related pharma/digital health experience
proven track record of publications in high-impact journals
senior stakeholder management and external collaboration experience
deep scientific product management experience in a large pharma or medtech setting
strong experience with sensor data and digital biomarker development
leadership in matrix organizations and collaborative team culture
clinical experience in chronic disease management and neurology (PD/HD/MS)

transparent communication empowering leadership stakeholder management sensor data handling and digital biomarker development scientific product management in pharma/medtech regulatory strategy for digital endpoints (FDA/EMA)
