In this role you lead the deskside support team to deliver high-quality IT help to end-users, aligning operations with ITIL practices. You will coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure timely resolutions and drive continuous improvements. You shape service delivery through SOPs, incident and problem management, and knowledge management. This is a hands-on leadership role at Lam, with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and measurable impact in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the deskside support team (L1/L2) and assign tasks
- Ensure timely resolution of IT requests and incidents; monitor performance metrics
- Develop and maintain SOPs; ensure ITIL and policy adherence; drive process improvements
- Oversee incident and problem management; maintain KEDB and knowledge base
- Manage IT assets and inventory accuracy
Key requirements
- 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory IT support experience
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
- Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networks
- Proficiency with deskside and asset management tools
- Experience with remote support tools
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
