Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the deskside support team (L1/L2) and assign tasks
Ensure timely resolution of IT requests and incidents; monitor performance metrics
Develop and maintain SOPs; ensure ITIL and policy adherence; drive process improvements
Oversee incident and problem management; maintain KEDB and knowledge base
Manage IT assets and inventory accuracy

Key requirements

2-3 years of leadership or supervisory IT support experience
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networks
Proficiency with deskside and asset management tools
Experience with remote support tools
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
