Experteer Overview
As a Midweight Designer in our Amsterdam studio, you’ll shape brand worlds for fast-moving consumer brands, from packaging to digital and communications. You’ll work across established brands and launches, collaborating with designers, strategists, and creatives to deliver craft-led work that moves people. This hands-on role offers growth, increased responsibility, and a clear path to develop your personal voice within a high-performing studio. Responsibilities
- Contribute to the full design process from ideation to final execution across packaging, brand systems, digital and communications
- Collaborate with fellow designers, strategists, and creatives to integrate strong thinking with craft
- Shape and evolve brand worlds for both established brands and new launches within a fast-moving consumer goods context
- Take on increasing responsibility and develop your creative confidence within a supportive studio culture
Key requirements
- Solid design experience with a portfolio showing clear thinking, fundamentals, and craft
- Interest in consumer-facing brands in competitive, high-visibility markets
- Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback; eager to learn from others
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm to grow through large-scale FMCG projects
- Ability to work within brand systems while bringing fresh energy to briefs
