You will help ensure product designs meet safety, reliability, and robustness goals within the CS&Q team. You’ll drive DfSR methods like P diagrams, DFMEA, and FTA across design programs, aligning with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality, cost-effective HPC datacenter products. Responsibilities

Complete the 10 Quality Fundamentals in Design for Safety and Reliability for projects applying DfSR
Help create the customer mission profile and identify CTQ characteristics
Assemble P-diagrams for critical design parameters
Create DFMEA and develop FTA for high-severity failure modes
Support Robust V&V, Field Reliability initiatives, and post-launch learnings
Develop and maintain DfSR risk assessment plans from design perspectives
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, reliable designs
Build relationships to embed DfSR practices across teams

Key requirements

5+ years of product development engineering experience
Experience in cooling, HVAC, or datacenter cooling/heat transfer beneficial
Proficiency with FMEA, 8D problem solving, fishbone diagrams
Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic preferred)
