As Teamlead in Application Management Operations, you guide a cross-functional team to run and improve PALFINGER’s SAP-based application landscape. You will drive operational requirements within release cycles, coordinate with PDO, and optimize processes across departments while managing external service providers and budgets. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and governance in a global ICT context, offering opportunities to shape how we deploy SAP modules and scale our operations. This position combines people leadership with hands-on process and release management in a dynamic, international setting.

Responsibilities
- Disciplinary leadership and development of team members
- Implement operations requirements within PALFINGER release cycles with the team in close coordination with the Process and Data Organization (PDO)
- Optimize internal and cross-departmental processes and structures in collaboration with other departments and the PDO
- Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers including budget monitoring and governance
Key requirements
- HTL or university degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- Several years of initial experience in team leadership or in larger projects
- Implementation knowledge in SAP logistics modules (MM, PP, WM, etc.)
- Structured, independent, and conscientious working style
- Fluent in English for international communication, willingness to travel worldwide up to 20%
