In this role you support the Store Manager to drive category performance and lead a store team to deliver the Burberry Experience. You coach colleagues, optimize customer flow, and collaborate with partners across sales, operations, and training to raise service quality and sales results. You will drive digital engagement in-store and uphold brand standards, contributing to sustainable luxury and community impact. Responsibilities

Lead and coach sales associates to meet sales goals and KPIs
Drive category performance with the Store Manager, including sell-through initiatives
Ensure exceptional customer service and the full Burberry Experience for all clients
Manage customer flow and service standards on the selling floor
Foster collaboration between sales, specialists, stock, and operations
Provide in-the-moment feedback and follow-up actions after each client interaction
Develop and retain staff through monthly development plans and annual reviews
Integrate new joiners and lead by example in delivering Burberry Experience
Own Burberry Experience training in-store with Store Manager and Training teams
Reinforce key Burberry Experience elements through meetings and role-play
Resolve difficult issues and escalate when needed; handle post-void and promotional discounts in management’s absence
Promote the digital in-store experience and communicate with customers when face-to-face isn’t feasible
Understand business needs and communicate requirements to elevate performance
Follow policies and maintain an open, positive work environment
Assist with store opening/closing and security procedures
Perform additional duties as required

Key requirements

Advanced knowledge of POS system
Ability to handle complex customer service issues
Fluent and professional communication with clients and staff
Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools
1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales
