You will collaborate across brands to leverage synergies and support the group’s cross-functional sales initiatives. This role offers impact through steering complex proposals, pricing discussions, and ongoing customer engagement in a fast-evolving mobility landscape. You will operate at scale, shaping methods and processes with a focus on sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic business development and expanding customer relationships
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and competitiveness
  • Advance digital transformation of sales processes
  • Negotiate proposals with customers and support bid teams on proposals and target prices
  • Build relationships with customers and drive revenue growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with other key and account managers across the VW Group to leverage synergies
  • Enhance sales processes with a focus on increasing digitalization
  • Support cross-functional collaboration within the group to achieve shared goals

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, economics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in business development or project management
  • Strong professional connections within the Volkswagen Group (Audi, CARIAD, Porsche, and/or Volkswagen)
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills
  • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (B2)
