Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship
- Expand skills through extensive CE opportunities
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver optimal outcomes
- Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC health records)
- Align with Owner Dentist on clinical standards and outcomes
- Contribute to a digitized, integrated care environment
