- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes
- Collaborate with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship
- Expand skills through extensive CE opportunities
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC health records) to support care
- Align clinical standards and patient outcomes with Owner Dentist expectations
