Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care with focus on patient comfort and outcomes
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship
- Leverage extensive CE opportunities to grow skills
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to achieve best patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC)
- Align with Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes
