Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship
- Expand skills with extensive CE opportunities
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced technology (CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, EPIC health records)
- Align clinical standards and patient outcomes with Owner Dentist
