In this role you will shape the Europe-wide demand view across multiple countries, partnering with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to enable aligned decisions. You will drive standardisation, governance and performance across the end-to-end planning cycle while advancing data-driven planning and IBP capabilities. Expect to lead cross-functional change, leverage analytics and market insights, and influence revenue, margins and service levels. This position offers a high-impact, transformation-focused opportunity within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance planning processes with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain to boost efficiency and decision quality
  • Lead the S&OP agenda and progress towards Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Benchmark and deploy technologies to improve IBP, customer fulfilment, cost management, and inventory control
  • Establish and govern IBP and demand planning policies for consistency and standardisation
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define metrics like on-time delivery, capacity utilisation and working capital
  • Act as subject matter expert for IBP and drive continuous improvement across functions
  • Design integrated, data-driven planning methodologies addressing capacity and multi-functional needs
  • Provide thought leadership and manage change to improve planning strategies and outcomes

Key requirements

  • Experience leading or embedding S&OP / S&OE governance and demand review forums
  • Proven ability to drive business performance via planning
  • Ability to align Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance to a single set of numbers
  • Background in FMCG, logistics or complex operational environments preferred
  • Track record in scenario planning, trade-offs, and decision support
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
