As a Data Center Technician you will help keep AWS's global cloud infrastructure running with high availability. You work within a cross-functional team to install, diagnose, and repair hardware and networks, supporting data center operations at scale. You will handle on-call rotations, incident response, and contribute to process improvements that boost reliability and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver safe, cost-efficient service continuity.
