Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive commissioning and design reviews for critical Amazon infrastructure within new construction and special projects. You’ll coordinate multi-discipline work with vendors and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant electrical and mechanical systems. You will shape test plans, scripts, and commissioning documents, and maintain program quality through ongoing audits and reporting. This is a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity to scale and improve critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee design review and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems for critical infrastructure
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on project scheduling, test scripts, and planning
Develop and review commissioning documentation to ensure conformity with design basis and standards
Ensure safety practices across all commissioning procedures and audit activities for quality and environmental compliance
Communicate test documents and requirements with ACx Area Manager, Regional Manager, and team to ensure proper execution
Provide comprehensive weekly status reporting on ongoing projects, lessons learned, and program improvements

Key requirements

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 1 year of related experience, or
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of progressive experience in related roles
Experience in engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or control systems used in critical infrastructures
Ability to review design documentation (drawings, specifications, vendor submittals, sequences of operations) and to develop/review commissioning documentation
Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic/international)
