In this role you will turn drilling and automation data into actionable insights that optimize performance of advanced drilling systems. You join a global Performance team and collaborate with engineers, service and customer teams to deliver measurable improvements. You’ll work on understanding data trends, validating data quality, and producing dashboards that inform operational decisions. The role offers international exposure, travel, and opportunities to grow into technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Analyze drilling and automation data to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
Validate data from customer drilling automation systems for accuracy and reliability
Create clear performance reports and dashboards using modern visualization tools
Establish KPIs with customers and support operational planning sessions
Translate data into practical recommendations to improve efficiency and equipment performance
Investigate data anomalies and continuously improve analytical methods
Support troubleshooting with data-driven insights to internal teams
Suggest improvements to Performance Center processes, technologies, and customer experience
Collaborate with engineering, service, and customer teams to drive continuous improvement

Key requirements

3+ years’ experience in a related field
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Visio)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex datasets
Experience creating reports and presenting insights to stakeholders
Some knowledge of drilling fundamentals and drilling equipment
Willingness to travel occasionally when required
