As Data Manager at Glovo, you will lead a cross-functional Data Team to implement data solutions that directly impact business goals. You will own the Data Domain end-to-end, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business to drive the Tribe’s objectives. You’ll contribute to the Data community through cross-functional initiatives and knowledge sharing. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and growth, shaping scalable analytics for a rapidly expanding platform.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Product Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers to build a high-performing, engaged group
- Evolve data models for your Business Domain to enable self-serve data with excellent user experience
- Own the Domain’s North-Star metrics and provide qualitative reporting to monitor and improve them
- Deliver data-driven, actionable insights to support Product and Business decisions
- Lead cross-functional data projects and share knowledge across crafts within the Glovo Data community
Key requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of Data across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Science
- Strong technical leadership in Product Data Science with proven delivery of data-driven impact and mentoring ICs
- Experience in People and Team management with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Excellent English communication to inspire vision, catalyze action, and influence decisions
